Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use f168's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. f168 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet these requirements.

1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. f168 does not permit the use of its platform by minors under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. f168 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

1.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual, household, IP address, phone number, payment method, and device is permitted only one active f168 account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings held within them.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details. f168 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and accounts that fail to complete the verification process may be suspended until it is resolved.

1.4 Geographic Restrictions
f168 operates in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the f168 platform is lawful in your location. f168 is not liable if you access the platform from a region where online gambling is restricted or prohibited under local law.

• Registration is free and requires no upfront payment.
• A Malaysian phone number must be verified to activate your account.
• No documents are required for basic registration, but f168 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or terminated at f168's discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the f168 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). f168 uses a secure, encrypted payment system for all deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal of winnings from your f168 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except in specific cases approved by the f168 team.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours for regular members and under 1 hour for VIP members.
• F168 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if there are outstanding bonus rollover requirements that have not yet been fulfilled.
• F168 does not charge any fees for withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own charges in accordance with their respective policies.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts. Different limits may apply to VIP accounts.

2.3 Transaction Verification
f168 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any suspicious transaction, including any deposit or withdrawal believed to be linked to money laundering or other illegal activities. All transactions are subject to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Bonuses & Promotions

F168 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms as stated on the respective promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses at f168 unless stated otherwise.

3.1 General Rollover Terms
All bonuses received must meet the rollover (wagering) requirements before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. As a general guide:

• Sports Betting contributes 100% towards rollover completion.
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and others) contribute 10% towards the rollover requirement.
• Slots and other casino games contribute 100% towards rollover.
• Poker contributes 20% towards rollover.

3.2 Bonus Abuse Policy
f168 uses advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim new member bonuses repeatedly, bonus abuse hedging, colluding with other players to meet rollover requirements, and any other activity intended to exploit the bonus system. f168 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings obtained through bonus abuse.

3.3 Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses carry a validity period as stated in their respective promotional terms. Unused bonuses or incomplete rollovers that are not fulfilled within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation. f168 will not extend bonus periods automatically.

3.4 Final Results
f168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. f168's decisions regarding any bonus dispute are final and binding.

Game Rules

All games offered on the f168 platform — including Sports Betting, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo, poker, and slots — have their own specific rules available within each game's interface. The following general terms apply to all gaming activity on f168.

4.1 Final Game Outcomes
All game outcomes confirmed by the f168 system are final and binding. In the event of a technical fault or disruption during an active game, f168 will determine the appropriate course of action based on system records, which may include voiding the relevant round or bet.

4.2 Sports Betting
For Sports Betting, including in-play betting on Malaysia Super League football, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, and other sports:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except at f168's discretion in specific cases such as an obvious odds error.
• F168 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of match manipulation or sports fraud.
• Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours will be refunded to the bettor.
• In-play odds change in real time and f168 is not liable for any losses arising from delays in odds updates.
• For matches decided in extra time or on penalties, the final result includes extra time unless otherwise stated in the market.

4.3 Casino & Table Games
All casino games on f168 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system certified by independent third-party auditors, ensuring every game outcome is entirely random. The RTP (Return to Player) stated for each game is based on audited software provider specifications and represents a theoretical long-term return rate — not a guarantee of winnings in any individual gaming session.

4.4 Poker
In poker games on f168, players are prohibited from colluding with other players, sharing information about their hand with other active players, using analysis software or bots to assist in gameplay, or deliberately losing to another player in order to transfer funds between accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your f168 account login credentials secure, including your username and password. f168 recommends the following security practices to protect your account.

• Use a strong password of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.

If you report unauthorised access within 24 hours and can demonstrate that it was not caused by your own negligence, f168 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the f168 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination, as well as legal action where applicable.

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information, or lending your account to another individual for their use.
• Money Laundering: Using the f168 platform for any activity related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities.
• Bot & Automation Use: Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play, bet, or carry out any activity on the f168 platform without written authorisation.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and table games.
• System Manipulation: Exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in the f168 system. If you discover any vulnerability, you are required to report it to the f168 team immediately. Any winnings obtained through bug exploitation are invalid and will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any deliberate attempt to exploit the f168 bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or employing betting strategies solely aimed at meeting rollover requirements with no genuine intent to play.
• Service Disruption: Any action that disrupts or damages the operation of the f168 platform, including cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or unauthorized attempts to access f168 systems.

Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Termination by f168
f168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements as requested by f168.
• Found to be accessing the platform from a blacklisted region or a jurisdiction where f168's operations are prohibited.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

7.2 Termination by User
You may close your f168 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@f168-app.net. Before closing your account, ensure all valid balances have been withdrawn. Any funds remaining in a closed account will be processed for return within 7 business days.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to manage their gambling activity may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During the self-exclusion period, players will be unable to access their account or receive any promotional communications from f168.

Liability Limits

• F168's maximum liability to any user in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the incident occurs.

This limitation of liability does not affect any rights guaranteed to users under applicable law, nor does it prevent players from seeking remedies permitted by law.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

F168 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the f168 platform, with notice provided to users through appropriate channels such as email or in-platform notifications.

By continuing to use the f168 platform after any amendments have been made, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.
